God’s Glory and Splendor
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
- Psalms 19:1
We may never understand all the wonders of creation, but we can certainly
appreciate the world God has created for us. “By faith we understand that the
universe was formed at God’s command” (Hebrews 11:3).
We are told in the Bible that man has no excuse for not knowing God. Romans 1:20
says, “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his
eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from
what has been made, so that men are without excuse.”
What an amazing God we have—He made His glory known in every aspect of creation
so even those who have never heard the Gospel message will know of His glory
and splendor.
To know the full revelation of God we must know the person of Jesus Christ, who
is known as the “radiance of God’s glory.”
God’s work can be seen through the things He has made, but the most complete
picture of who He is can be found in Christ Jesus. Thank God today for His
amazing revelations and the saving grace of Christ Jesus.
