The Secret

For the perverse is an abomination to the Lord, but His secret counsel is with the righteous.
- Proverbs 3:32

The first time I read Proverbs 3:32 I said, "Does that mean I know something I don't know?" And God answered, "Absolutely." Amos declared, "Surely the LORD God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets" (Amos 3:7).

Where can you find God's answer for your financial needs? Where can you go to uncover His plan for your life? You need not look far. God has hidden His secret with you!

The world will not understand the secret you possess. It is not for the unrighteous, but for those who are pure before the Lord. Although the world is sinking in debt, I am convinced the problem is not a shortage of money but morality. There is no lack of resources--only righteousness. God has established specific principles He expects us to follow. Follow His blueprint, and you will receive His blessing. His secret is Christ dwelling in you imparting to you His Spirit and instructing you in His Word.

"Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Colossians 1:26-27).
