Kid Harvest Clubhouse
Every week we open up our doors with your family in mind! We want our kids to experience the same power of Jesus in an atmosphere of love, care and age-appropriate instruction as well as a safe environment to put your mind at ease.
Kid Harvest Clubhouse is committed to “Serving Families, Loving Kids, Having a Blast.”
Hello WHC Parents!
CAN NOT WAIT to welcome your children back to Kid Harvest Clubhouse!
We have missed their smiling faces, their excitement for the Word, and all the energy your kiddos bring to the Harv!
We know you are wondering... how is this going to look? Well, we don’t want you to be surprised so here is a little bit of information that will help make this transition back to Kid Harvest Clubhouse easy for everyone!
We can’t wait for your kids!
At this time, we are welcoming back preschoolers (ages 3-5 years old) & Jr. church (1st thru 6th grade).
Keeping our babies safe
Nursery (birth - 2 years old) will not be coming back at this time.
For the safety of your little ones, we think they should be with you for now.
As always, for us to accept your 3-year-old, he/she must be potty-trained.
Snacks will not be served in classrooms. If your child needs to eat during church times, you are welcome to come check them out to feed them & check them back in once they have eaten with you.
We want to keep your kids safe & socially distanced the best we can. Our classroom ratios will be much smaller than normal.
What does this mean to you? Well, it means the earlier you arrive, the more likely your student will get to attend class.
Once a class is full, we will not be able to expand the class roster & your child will need to sit with you, so the sooner you arrive the more likely your child will get a place in their class.
We do NOT anticipate this happening, but in the event that it does, we will have something fun for your child to do during church.
Keeping things clean
Your child will be welcomed into a fully cleaned and sanitized classroom.
When they transition to chapel, the classroom will be fully sanitized again, before they come back from chapel.
Once a class leaves chapel, the chapel area will also be fully sanitized before the next group enters that space.
Bathrooms will be cleaned periodically throughout the morning.
We are asking that all children who attend Kid Harvest Clubhouse wear a mask....and we are also aware that kids are kids, and it’s likely they all won’t.
We encourage you to ask them to wear them, and if they are not able to do that, we will work with you.
If you happen to have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 614-837-4088
and we will be glad to assist!
